I go checking out the report
Digging up the dirt

What is love??
An emotion that exists between two beings which binds them. The sensation which makes them feel unified.
Its very strange how this emotion gradually grows so strong and completely overwhelms both the lovers. They 'live and die' for each other. They promise to be together for ever.
The ineffable and inexplicable feeling that gradually changes the being completely.It feels up the void of one's life and it makes it complete. It makes people selfless. One can not truly comprehend it's consequences until he or she has experienced this ever growing emotion.
If we sit down and think,love actually weakens us. Love is one emotion that makes enemies into friends and friends into enemies. It tears people apart,breaks houses and often brings down kingdoms.One becomes irrational and his or her true persona is lost. The sight of such a love-stricken being really freaks people out.
But if love is such a strong emotion, then how do misunderstandings happen? Why do people break away??? Cant love keep them together? Why do we betray those whom we love???
Why does love slowly fade away into nothingness???
All these questions have answers. Because there seems to be excuses for everything. People break up. Love withers.And we wonder what went wrong???
At the end of the day we pacify ourselves by believing that love could not have lasted forever. Our emotions charred...our hearts tarnished..we wait for the ending credits to come. But still we cant let go of the emotions. We hold on to the belief that our love would someday rise from the ashes.And we would again ride on wings of happiness till we fall down to the ground,hurting ourselves and our precious life blood oozes out like tears.
The end arrives.. we hold onto love but let go of our lives.....
We,the mortals die,but love survives....

Humans or Social Animals???

A prsotitute calling a stranger passing by for help as she is in pain. But instead of responding he walks away embarrassed. And Phil sarcastically compares this day on earth to a day on 'paradise',where everything is supposed to be right.In other words it is a comparison of what we were supposed to be and what we are now...
The way we have changed,the way we have 'evolved' from animals to 'humans'. A human is said to be a social animal. Social is a vague word. A word which can mean everything and nothing at the same time. We live in a world now where there is a society with rules. We live by the rules of this society.But we dont care about others nor do they about us. We live for ourselves,not others. And however hard we might pretend... we all know in our hearts that no one on this planet is selfless. We have our own issues and it takes a lot to sort them out.
'Homo sapiens' means"wise human" or "knowing human". We sure are wise and know a lot. But who do we gain knowledge for??? For ourselves obviously... So that we can go forward in our lives. So that we progress,earn and live a secure and comfortable life. Do we actually care about other things while learning?... no!!!
We do not need to and we do not want to. Do you think anyone on earth would do his job without asking for his wages? We are social. Social enough to live our own lives and then to put on a fake face in the society which makes us likeable. There is nothing and no one on this earth which or who has not been exploited by humans,us.
We do not care or think about others... we exploit others for our benefits..we do everything that is wrong but appears to be right...I think its true....we are social animals...But we sure are not HUMANS..
